We want you to love your kit. If you're not happy with it, we're here to make it right.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If something isn't right with your order, reach out within 30 days of receiving it and we'll help. To be eligible for a return, standard kits should be unused and in their original condition.

Free return shipping

We provide a prepaid return label, so returning a kit doesn't cost you anything. Contact us at support@canvasbydiamonds.com with your order number and we'll email your label and walk you through the next steps.

Custom kits

Custom kits are made to order from your own photo and can't be resold, so they aren't eligible for return. If a custom kit arrives damaged or there's a problem with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned kit, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or missing items

If your kit arrives damaged, or you're missing drills, you don't need to return anything. Just email us at support@canvasbydiamonds.com with your order number and a photo if relevant, and we'll send replacements free of charge.
