Shipping Policy

At Canvas by Diamonds, every kit is made to order, so each one is produced specifically for you before it ships.

Processing and shipping times

Standard kits ship within 2–5 business days. Custom kits, made from your own photo, are produced to order and ship within 3–7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $10.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package to your door. If you have an account, you can also view tracking in your order history.

Lost or delayed packages

The shipping times above are our best estimate, not a guarantee, and once a package leaves us it's in the carrier's hands. If your tracking shows no movement or your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable window, contact us at support@canvasbydiamonds.com and we'll help track it down.
