Include your name, order number, and which colors you need replaced so we can match them to your kit.
We send replacements
We'll reply within a few business days and pop your replacement diamonds in the post, free of charge.
What's covered
Up to 8 packs, free
We'll replace up to 8 packs of diamonds per claim at no cost, which covers the vast majority of spills.
Any color, any design
Mixed up several colors? No problem. Tell us what you need and we'll match it to your kit.
Included with every kit

Larger spills
If you need more than 8 packs, a small per-pack fee applies. It keeps the policy fair and helps cover our costs.
