Does it cost anything to join?

No. Joining is free. You only need a Canvas by Diamonds account.

How do I earn points?

Sign in before you check out. You earn 5 to 8 points for every $1 you spend on products, depending on your tier. You also get 200 points when you join and, from the Shimmer tier, 100 points on your birthday.

How do I redeem my points?

Sign in and open the Rewards panel. Pick a reward you have enough points for, and you will get a discount code to use at checkout. Rewards start at 1,000 points for $10 off or free shipping, and go up to $100 off for 10,000 points.

Where can I see my points?

Sign in and click Rewards at the top of the site. Your balance and history are shown there.

Do points expire?

Yes. Points expire after 6 months, so use them on your next kit.

How does the referral reward work?

Share your personal link from the Rewards panel. Your friend gets $10 off their first kit, and you get $10 off your next order when they buy.

How do I move up a tier?

You become Shimmer with your first order, Brilliant once you have spent $300 and Radiant at $500. Each tier keeps the perks of the one before it.

Can I use rewards with other offers?

Yes. Reward discounts work together with our store offers.
